A graduation or retirement video message for years of hard work

Graduation and retirement wishes, turned into a video

A degree, a career, a promotion: behind each are years of late nights nobody saw. A milestone video names the achievement out loud, the course, the company, the years served, while a crowd cheers like they just won the cup.

Graduation wishes for son or daughter

"Five years, one thesis, zero sleep. Congratulations, Doctor. The village is officially calling you Doctor."

Graduation wishes for a friend

"You did the impossible: you finished the assignment before the deadline. Congratulations!"

Retirement wishes for a coworker or boss

"32 years at the depot, 32,000 cups of tea. Enjoy every slow morning, Frank."

Retirement wishes for dad or mom

"You worked hard for all of us. Now the only schedule is the one you choose."

Thank-you messages for a teacher

"Thank you, Ms. Adeyemi, from all of Class 6B. You made maths almost fun."

Pick the style: proud, a farewell roast or a team prank

• Proud: a cheering crowd and their name on a hand-painted sign.
• A farewell roast: the retiree's legendary tea breaks, the graduate's all-nighters. Kind teasing, a sincere ending.
• A team prank: a deadpan anchor announces the promotion as breaking news. Browse the funny video styles.

From one person or the whole team

Teachers, mentors and colleagues rarely hear how much they mattered. Collect a line from each person and the performers read them all; play it at the farewell party or send it on the day. As unique graduation gifts and retirement gifts go, it is the one they keep: a memorable thank-you and a greeting from everyone at once.
