Terms of Service

Welcome to Prankwish. These terms explain how our marketplace works and what we expect from everyone who uses it. By ordering, tipping, selling or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What Prankwish is

Prankwish is a multi-seller marketplace for personalized video messages. Independent performers (village comedy crews, musicians, dancers and singers) open a shop, list their videos and film each order by hand for one person. Every performer must pass an identity check before their products go live (see Performer Terms). Prankwish runs the website, takes payments, moderates content and handles support. Nothing on Prankwish is generated by AI.

2. Who can use Prankwish

  • Buyers order videos or send tips after signing in with Google or a one-time email code.
  • Performers (sellers) must be adults, pass identity verification and follow the Performer Terms.
  • You must be old enough to make a binding purchase where you live, and you're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

3. Accounts

  • Sign in to order: you sign in with Google or a one-time email code (there are no passwords) before you check out.
  • Your dashboard: every order, message and delivered video is kept in your account, on any device.
  • Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us at support@prankwish.com if you think someone else used it.

4. Ordering

  • Each product page shows the performer, the price, what's included and the delivery time (usually 24 hours; some offer 60-minute instant).
  • You write the script (the message), and may add a sign text, music choice and up to 3 photos. The performers print the photos and hold them up in the video.
  • Your script must follow our Content Rules. Performers may refuse, or ask to change, a script that breaks them.
  • One order is placed with one performer. Items from different performers are checked out separately.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount to your currency.
  • Payments are processed securely by our secure, PCI-compliant payment partner (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Nothing is sent to the performer, and no confirmation email goes out, until it's paid.

6. Delivery, revisions and approval

  • Your order page shows the time left until delivery. When the video is ready, you'll get an email and can watch and download it on your order page.
  • Not quite right? Use Request a revision on your order page within 7 days of delivery (up to 3 revisions per order).
  • Happy with it? Tap Approve & leave a review. Approval completes the order.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & Revision Policy.

7. Tips

Tips are optional thank-you payments to the crew you choose (or shared between every crew). A tip doesn't buy a video. Tips are passed on to the performers and aren't refundable except when charged by mistake.

8. Using your video

The video is made for personal, non-commercial use: keep it, share it with friends and family and post it on your personal social media. Commercial use (advertising, resale, paid promotion) needs written permission from Prankwish and the performer. Performers keep the right to be credited as the people in the video.

9. Reviews

Reviews come from real orders and are moderated before they appear. See our Review Policy.

10. What's not allowed

  • Scripts or content that break our Content Rules (hate, harassment, sexual content, threats, illegal requests, impersonation and the like).
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, fake orders or fake reviews.
  • Taking an order off the platform or contacting performers to avoid Prankwish payments.
  • Scraping, attacking or interfering with the website.

We may cancel orders, remove content, and suspend or permanently ban accounts and shops that break these rules, buyers and performers alike.

11. Responsibility

We work hard to deliver every video on time and as briefed, and our refund policy is your remedy when we don't. To the extent the law allows, Prankwish isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Using your video, and business orders

Personal use. The video you buy is yours to watch, download and share with family and friends for personal, non-commercial use. Beyond that personal use, the performer keeps the rights in their own performance.

Business use. If you want a video to promote a business, a product or a service, say so in your order message and get the performer's agreement in the order chat before the video is filmed. When such a video is posted publicly, viewers must be able to tell that it is paid advertising, and anything it claims must be true. Performers may decline business scripts; a declined or unfulfilled order is refunded under our Refund & Revision Policy.

Languages on Prankwish. Sellers choose one shop language (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish or Russian) and write their listings in it, and Prankwish builds the matching shop and product pages automatically. As a buyer you may write your message in any language; add pronunciation hints for names that are easy to get wrong.
