Are the sellers verified?
Yes. Every performer completes an identity check with our verification partner (photo ID and selfie) before any product goes live. Unverified shops can't list videos.
Can I join as a performer?
Yes. Open a shop from “Become a performer”, verify your identity, and we review your first listing. Performers from villages in Pakistan, India and Africa are welcome.
What if someone breaks the rules?
Scripts and listings must follow our content rules. Listings that break them are removed, and serious or repeated violations get the account banned, for buyers and sellers alike.
Who makes the videos?
Real village performers, comedy crews, musicians and a hype squad. Every video is filmed fresh for one order; nothing is AI-generated.
How long does delivery take?
Within 24 hours as standard. Performers with an instant package can deliver within 60 minutes.
How long is a video?
Most are 30–60 seconds, long enough to feel personal, short enough to share anywhere.
Can I write my message in another language?
Yes. Performers read your message as written in any language; add pronunciation hints for names.
Can I include a photo?
Yes. Choose up to 3 photos at checkout. The performers print them and hold them up in your video.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, a free one. Sign in with Google or a one-time email code, then order. Your dashboard shows the time left until delivery, then plays your video with a download button.
Where do I find my order?
Sign in with the same Google account or email and open your dashboard. Every order, message and video is there, on any device.
How do I ask for a change?
Open your order page and tap “Request a revision”, say what to change, and the performers redo it, free within 7 days. Happy with it? Tap “Approve & leave a review”.
What if I'm not happy?
Ask for a free revision within 7 days from your order page. If the video doesn't match your brief or arrives late, we'll refund you.
Is my video private?
Yes. It's delivered to your own dashboard and only shared if you share it.
Can I order for a business or team?
Yes, thank-you videos for clients and teams are popular. Add your company name to the message.
