Watch: how ordering works
Ninety seconds, phone in hand: choosing a performer, picking a package, the checkout, your buyer dashboard and chatting with your performer.
On your phone, step by step
- Sign in. Use Google or a one-time email code. There is no password to remember.
- Choose your video. Browse the performers, watch their sample videos and read recent reviews.
- Pick a package. Most videos offer options such as 24-hour express or 60-minute instant delivery, and extras like more photos. Choose what fits your date.
- Fill the checkout and pay. Your details are already filled in. Add the name to shout, your message exactly as you want it said, and your photos (choose only as many as your package includes). Where a performer holds up a board, there is a field for the words on the board. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure checkout page.
- Follow it in your dashboard. Straight after paying, your order is in your dashboard. Sign in on any device to follow progress, see the delivery time and download the finished video.
- Chat with your performer. From your order you can message the performer, for example to correct a name's spelling or to add a photo. They answer in the same conversation.
- Watch, share, or ask for a fix. When the video is ready it plays right in your dashboard. Not quite right? Ask for a free revision within 7 days, from the same page.
