Review Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Real orders only

Buyers review from their own order page after delivery. Reviews written there are marked Verified purchase. We never buy, write or swap reviews, and performers can't edit or delete them.

Moderation

Every review is checked before it appears. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We remove reviews that contain personal information, hate or harassment, spam, or that aren't about the order.

Your video in your review

You choose whether your delivered video is shown with your review: the full video, a still image only, or kept private. You can change your mind at any time by writing to support@prankwish.com.

Performers

Performers must not offer discounts, refunds or gifts in exchange for reviews or ask buyers to change a rating. Doing so leads to removal of the reviews and action on the shop.

Where reviews appear

Approved reviews show on the product and shop pages with their star rating, so future buyers read the same words you wrote. The rating shown next to a product comes only from these verified order reviews.

Removing your details

Spotted your own personal details in a public review by mistake? Write to support@prankwish.com with your order number and we will take them out.
