Performer & Seller Terms
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Prankwish is a marketplace of real, verified performers. These terms apply to everyone who opens a shop. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Content Rules.
1. Joining
- Create your shop from Become a performer, sign in with Google or an email code, then add your shop name, a short bio and the kind of videos you make.
- Verify your identity. Before any product can go live, you complete an ID check with our secure, PCI-compliant payment partner on its own secure page (a photo ID and a selfie, a few minutes). Prankwish never sees your documents, only the result.
- Approval. We review new shops and new listings. Until you're verified and approved, your products stay as drafts and are not visible to buyers.
New performers are welcome, from villages in Pakistan, India, Africa and beyond. If you can make people laugh, sing, dance or celebrate on camera, you can apply.
2. Who can sell
- You must be an adult and the real person (or group) shown in your videos.
- Everyone who regularly appears in your videos must agree to be filmed and to be shown on Prankwish.
- One shop per person or crew. Shops can't be sold, rented or transferred.
3. Listing rules
- Show your own work: sample videos and photos must be of you or your crew, filmed by you.
- No AI-generated or reused clips, ever. Every order is filmed fresh for that order.
- Describe exactly what the buyer gets (performers, length, photos, delivery time). No misleading claims.
- Don't copy other performers' titles, descriptions or media. Near-copies are hidden from search and may be removed.
- Set honest delivery times and keep them.
4. Making the video
- Perform the buyer's script as written, say names correctly and show the uploaded photos and sign text.
- Keep it positive: you're making someone's day. Roasts are teasing, never humiliation.
- You may refuse (or ask to change) a script that breaks the Content Rules. Tell us, and we'll handle the buyer and the refund.
- Handle revision requests within the delivery time shown on your shop.
- Use buyers' details only for their order. Never contact buyers outside Prankwish or ask them to pay you directly.
5. Getting paid
Buyers pay Prankwish. After an order is delivered and completed, your share (the price minus the service fee shown in your seller dashboard) is paid out to you. Tips sent to your crew are passed on to you in full. Refunded orders aren't paid out.
6. When rules are broken
We act in proportion to what happened:
- Warning and a request to fix the listing or order.
- Listing removed or hidden until it's fixed.
- Shop suspended: no new orders; pending orders are refunded.
- Permanent ban: for serious or repeated violations.
We ban immediately (without warnings) for: fake identity or failed verification, AI or stolen videos, hateful, sexual or abusive content, harassing a buyer, asking buyers to pay off-platform, or fraud. Earnings from fraudulent or refunded orders are withheld.

Your shop language and how a product goes public
Your shop language. When you create your shop you choose one shop language: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish or Russian. Write your shop name, bio, product titles and descriptions in that language, the one you write best. Prankwish then builds your shop page and your product pages in that language automatically, with clean links that search engines can find. Write naturally, like you are speaking to a neighbour. Listings that mix languages or read like machine output may be held back until they read clearly. You can add translations of a product later.
How a product goes public. First you finish your identity check (see Joining above). Then you add the product and press Publish. Our team reviews every new product. When it passes, it goes Live and buyers can order it. While a product is a draft, in review, or marked Needs changes, it is not public and buyers cannot see it.
A product will not go public when:
- your identity check is not approved yet
- the photos or sample video are AI-made, copied, or show someone else
- the description holds a phone number, email address, social handle or outside link meant to move buyers away from Prankwish
- the price or delivery promise is misleading, for example a tiny shown price that needs more money later
- the title uses a celebrity's name or another performer's name that you have no right to use
- the listing offers anything the Content Rules do not allow
Fix the point we note on the product, then publish again. The note is always on the product itself in your dashboard.
The seller app. An Android app for sellers is on its way. It will ring loudly for every new order and softly for buyer messages, and it opens the same dashboard, orders and inbox you use here. Until it launches, email alerts and your dashboard cover everything.
